If you purchase a product from Fox Optic and are unhappy with it in any way, contact us direct within 14 days for an RMA and we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund for you. (less original shipping charges.) If you have an item that is defective, contact us and we will either arrange for the item to be returned to the manufacturer or handle this for you.
We are only a phone call or an e-mail away, give us a call or drop us a line and we will be more than happy to see what we can come up with.
A lot of the products that Fox Optic sells are covered under MAP pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing) by the manufacturers. Fox Optic must strictly adhere to some MAP pricing in order to receive direct distribution accounts with some manufacturers. While these prices cannot be broke in an advertisement, most of the time the MAP policy does not apply to direct sales.
As our web site is new, we do not have this feature available, but in the very near future we will be adding an online customer gallery. If you are interested in sending us your pictures, Fox Optic would love to see and possibly use them. When the new gallery is done, we will definitely be posting customer pictures on a weekly or monthly basis.
Fox Optic does not benefit directly from banner advertisements or links provided in our web site, the links are provided as a service for our customers. The company and organizational links provided are not necessarily supported, related, or organized with Fox Optic in any way.
Simply put, the answer is NO. Fox Optic is in the business of attaining and retaining customers. Not making our customers names available to competition, junk mail, and Spam(junk e-mail) marketers.
